In this role, you will drive workforce readiness, capability development, and resource effectiveness across Accelerize 360 delivery teams. Working closely with Practice Leaders, Directors, HR, and Delivery Leadership, you will ensure teams have the right skills, certifications, capacity, and support to meet current and future business demands.

You will be responsible for workforce planning, resource performance, capability development, utilization management, and career progression frameworks, helping build a high-performing and scalable delivery organization.

In this role you will:

  • Support and enable a team of offshore technical resources who deliver exceptional projects to customers.
  • Identify technical skills and readiness and partner with L&D to drive upskilling, certifications, and capability development.
  • Define skill and certification requirements by role and level in collaboration with Practice Leaders.
  • Support capacity planning, and resource forecasting for team members to ensure balanced utilization.
  • Develop and maintain workforce dashboards, reports, and presentations to provide Practice Leaders with actionable insights on resource utilization, capacity, skills, and workforce trends.
  • Maintain and track skill and certification goals for individual team members.
  • Partner with HR and delivery leadership to develop competency-based career paths.
  • Model professional behaviors by leading by example, addressing behavioral gaps, and identifying learning opportunities to strengthen professional skills.
  • Conduct 1:1’s and feedback sessions with your direct reports.
  • Partner with HR and Practice Leaders to support team engagement, recognition initiatives, and workforce effectiveness.
  • Propose resources for projects in collaboration with PMs and Technical Leads.
  • Support workforce planning and hiring decisions for assigned teams in collaboration with Practice Leaders, Talent Acquisition, and HR.
  • Manage resource ramp-up, transitions, and technical readiness across projects.

Core Responsibilities

1. Team Effectiveness & Workforce Readiness

  • Drive workforce readiness and team effectiveness through structured coaching, feedback, career development, and resource planning.
  • Gather employee feedback through weekly employee check ins, 1:1s and requesting feedback from project managers and technical project leads.  
  • Support workforce adaptability by helping employees navigate evolving technologies, delivery models, and AI-driven changes in the workplace.

2. Team Engagement & Retention

  • Retain high-performing Professional Services team members.
  • Partner with leaders, HR, and Practice Leads on team effectiveness, performance concerns, and workforce planning decisions.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee development and performance discussions.

3. Career Development

  • Help employees create development plans under the guidance of the Practice Leaders.
  • Connect employees with training, certifications, and mentorship opportunities.
  • Support career pathing and internal mobility.
  • Identify and address career progression concerns.

4. Onboarding & Integration

  • Ensure new hires ramp quickly within Delivery once company onboarding is completed.
  • Coordinate onboarding programs for their assigned team members with HR and Practice Leads.

5. Leadership Enablement

  • Partner with leaders and HR on performance, capability development, and workforce planning matters.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance discussions, career development, and team effectiveness.

6. Performance Support

  • Drive goal-setting, performance discussions, and capability development processes aligned with business objectives.
  • Help employees understand expectations and growth opportunities.
  • Identify barriers preventing success.

7. Data & Analytics

Track metrics such as:

  • Attrition
  • Internal promotions
  • Onboarding success
  • Training completion
  • Resource Utilization

Required Experience & Skills

  • 5+ years in a people management role, leading individual contributors in Professional Services IT/Consulting environments.
  • Ability to translate skills into staffing and delivery decisions, growth opportunities and plans and enablement .
  • Strong people leadership, coaching, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Workforce Management, Resource Management, Delivery Operations, or Professional Services leadership environments.
  • Comfortable working with technical applications & AI to drive efficiencies within team.
